Raymond Sheppard, the Director, has vast knowledge of the industry gained through many years of experience. Ray studied at Oxford, before starting his working career in London. Ray was then given the opportunity to work for a large company in South America. He worked throughout South America before heading off, to continue gaining valuable experience, in Portugal. During his time abroad he learnt the native languages which he still uses with some of his clients today.

After years away from home Ray decided to return to England to start up his own practice, which he has now done successfully, for a number of years.

Ray is joined in the business, with Linda, his wife, and stepson Mark who is currently training, to one day continue the family business.
